ANTI-STEERING PLEDGE
We will NEVER require a seller to participate in any agent to agent commission sharing scheme.
My team and I do not participate in cooperative commission sharing between us, a buyer's agent, or any agent involved in a real estate transaction. We will not offer cooperative commission, nor will we accept cooperative commissions from any agency.
We will NEVER use scare tactics to convince you to offer buyer's agent compensation.
This is unethical behavior and not permitted with my team.
Buyer's Agent Commission requests
We will encourage all buyers and their agents to present all offers to purchase for consideration by the seller. Any requests for buyer's agent compensation should be contained in the offer and will be considered, by the seller, on a case by case basis.
Traditional Full Services
This is the standard services traditionally offered to sellers by real estate agents. Includes property evaluation, open houses, MLS listing, social media, showing coordination, pictures, etc.
Modified Full Service
Sometimes the traditional services aren't quite the right fit. Why pay for services you do not need? Modified Full Services may be a great way to get your property in front of buyers and reduce the costs of selling your property.
